Biography
Bruce A. Fowler has completed his PhD at 1972 from University of Oregon Medical School. He has served as Assistant Professor to Professor in various Universities including University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, NC, University of Maryland at Baltimore etc. He is the director of Federal Legislative and NARFE-PAC Chair-Rockville. He has published more than 25 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.
